"Karuna Rasa Poorna Sudhapthey" translates to "The Karuna Rasa, the Rasa of Compassion, is complete and pure." It's a musical composition by Jagadguru Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal. The Karuna Rasa is a sentiment or feeling of deep compassion and empathy for others, especially those in distress.

Karuna means "mercy," "compassion," or "pity"

Rasa refers to the aesthetic feeling or emotional flavor that a piece of art, music or literature evokes

Poorna means "complete," "full," or "perfect"

Sudhapthey this term is not a standard Sanskrit word, and it might be a slight variation of a colloquial term related to "Sudha" which means "nectar" or "immortal drink". The addition of "pthey" could indicate "essence" or "substance".
