RECIPE FOR CHICKEN MAGGI

Chicken Recipes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion - thinly sliced
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 200 gm boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1/4 cup corns
- 1 small capsicum - any color
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- salt to taste
- 1 plain maggi
- 1/4 cup spring onions - chopped
PROCEDURE
- heat 3 cups of water in a pan over medium flame. once the water starts to boil, add the maggi noodles and cook for 2 minutes, stirring a few times while cooking and do not over cook
- drain the water and keep the noodles aside
- now heat oil in a pan over medium flame
- once the oil is hot, add thinly sliced onions and saute for 2 minutes, onion turns transparent
- add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute till the raw smell goes
- add peas, corns and chopped capsicums, saute for 1 minute on high flame
- add chopped chicken breasts and saute for 4 minutes until cooked through, stir frequently while cooking
- push all the ingredients to the side of the pan and break a egg in the center and slowly scramble the egg
- once the egg is scrambled, mix everything together
- add soysauce, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt
- mix well and cook for a minute
- add the cooked maggi to the pan and toss well to coat with the sauces
- cover with lid and cook for 1 minute on low flame
- garnish with chopped spring onions
- transfer to the plate and serve immediately
- Enjoy!
- you can replace red chilli powder and garam masala powder with maggi taste maker
- you can add more veggies, such as broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, etc.,
- adjust spice level according to your taste
