RECIPE FOR BLACK PEPPER POWDER

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup whole black pepper corns
PROCEDURE
- add whole black pepper corn into a heavy bottomed pan and dry roast in low flame for 5 minutes
- dry roast the pepper corns until it starts to splutter and turns crispy and then switch off the flame
- cool down the pepper corns at room temperature and then add into the clean dry mixer jar
- grind to a fine power and cool down at room temperature for next 1 hour
- then store the pepper powder in a clean dry container
- black pepper powder is ready to use and use a dry spoon every time you use it
