These popsicles are made with only 3 ingredients, juicy ripe mangoes, sugar and water. I just love how easy it is to make homemade popsicles with simple, real food ingredients. So grab a popsicle mold and let's make some!

RECIPE FOR MANGO POPSICLE

INGREDIENTS
- 2 large mangoes - riped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
PROCEDURE
- rinse mangoes, peel off the skin and chop them into bite sized pieces
- add chopped mangoes into the blender along with 1/2 cup sugar
- blend to a smooth paste with little water and adjust the consistency of the thickness and blend again
- pour this mixture into the popsicle molds and do not overfill the molds. leave atleast 1/4 inch free space on top of each mold
- freeze for 8 hours or overnight
- once popsicles set perfectly, keep popsicle molds under warm running water for few seconds and loose the molds from popsicle
- pull out the mango popsicle from the mold
- serve immediately
- Enjoy!
- before serving, make sure that the popsicles are frozen solid so that they don't melt quickly as soon as they hit the room temperature
- if you are health conscious, replace sugar with honey
- if your mango is very sweet, skip adding the sugar and just blend mango with water and pour in mold and freeze
