INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 6 ice cubes

PROCEDURE

  • add pineapple chunks, banana, plain yogurt and ice cubes into the blender
  • blend on high speed for 1 minute, or until the ingredients are blended and the mixture is completely smooth and thick
  • transfer into serving glass and serve immediately

  • you can customize this smoothie by adding different kinds of fruits
  • use a ripe banana for the best flavor and sweetness
