INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 6 ice cubes
PROCEDURE
- add pineapple chunks, banana, plain yogurt and ice cubes into the blender
- blend on high speed for 1 minute, or until the ingredients are blended and the mixture is completely smooth and thick
- transfer into serving glass and serve immediately
