Serve these brownies fresh out of the oven topped with cold vanilla ice cream is pretty much heaven. There are tons of different ingredients you can add to the homemade brownie batter like walnuts, pecans, pieces of candy and different flavors of chocolate.
Tips for homemade brownies : do not over bake - if you bake too long will end up dry and crumbly texture. Start to check the brownies 5 minutes before the recipe says that they should be done. Add more chocolate chips to the brownie batter for super chocolaty fudgy brownie. I like to use olive oil for this homemade brownie and you can also replace with unsalted melted butter. try my basic brownie recipe - click here
Store the brownies in an air tight container for up to 3 days. Make sure they have cooled completely. Wrap the brownies tightly in plastic wrap to get them airtight. Freeze the brownies up to 3 months.
