Methi Paneer - Startup Cooking
Methi Paneer is a mouth watering side dish recipe of the North Indian cuisine. A healthier, lighter, flavorful and quick recipe made with fresh fenugreek leaves and paneer (Indian cottage cheese).
With strong flavor of methi leaves, garlic and ginger, this recipe goes well with chapathi, rumble roti, pulao or butter naan. we can add boiled potatoes or peas to the gravy for even more delicious.
You can also make a vegan version of this dish by replacing paneer with tofu. Follow my step-by-step photo recipe to prepare Methi Paneer. If you like this recipe, share it, tweet it and pin it. Please do try and post your comments.
