MILLET NOODLE | NAVADHANIYAM NOODLE - Startup Cooking
Recently I found this Noodle Packet from nearby Indian Market, Which is Millet Noodles. I visited their website Nativefoodstore.com and found wide range of millets varieties like millet flakes, noodles, dosa mix, etc., I decided to try the navadhaniya noodles in South Indian style with some vegetables. The Packet itself given their own tastemaker along with noodles just like Maggi.
Just cook the noodles separately as per the instructions given in the packet. Add your favorite vegetables and taste maker, saute for few seconds with some red chili powder for spiciness, its optional and serve immediately for your breakfast or dinner or evening snack. The taste is absolutely delicious and lip smacking.
You can also use egg or chicken to prepare this noodles. This is typically a South Indian style noodles recipe which doesn't require soya sauce or chili sauce.
I feel the tastemaker is doing magic to this recipe, can be prepared in less than 15 minutes if your veggies ready. This healthy recipe is perfect for bachelors and working people.
