CHICKEN CURRY | VILLAGE STYLE CHICKEN CURRY | CHICKEN RECIPES | STARTUP COOKING
This simple chicken curry is a traditional non-vegetarian recipe, cooked with very few ingredients yet the curry tastes spicy and delicious.
This recipe is a typical Tamil Nadu village style of cooking. Here, I took boneless chicken, if you get country chicken with bones the tastes great even more. Highlights of this chicken curry is adding lots of curry leaves, don't skip it.
Chicken cooked in shallots, tomato based thick gravy with red chilli and coriander powder. Adding coconut and poppy seeds enhances the taste and gives rich flavors of this chicken, and also it gives thickens to the curry.
Serve this chicken curry over steamed rice or chapatti, or dosa, taste heavenly delicious 😋. Follow my step by step photo recipe to prepare Village Style Chicken Curry. If you like this recipe share it, tweet it and pin it. Please do try and post your comments.
