RECIPE FOR CHEESE DOSA

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup thick dosa batter
- 1 medium size onion - chopped
- 1 carrot - grated
- 1 capsicum - finely chopped
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 green chillies - finely chopped
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese - grated
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves - for garnish
- 1 tsp oil

PROCEDURE
- chop the onion, coriander leaves, green chili and capsicum
- grate the carrot and set aside
- bring dosa batter to right consistency. It should be thick flowing batter
- heat a tawa/pan
- grease with a tsp of oil
- pour a ladle full of batter and spread in a circular motion
- add a tbsp of tomato sauce and spread evenly on dosa
- add chopped onion, capsicum, green chilli and grated carrot
- drizzle oil around the edges
- add grated mozzarella cheese on top of the dosa
- cover and cook in medium flame for 1-2 minute
- once cheese melts and dosa turns crisp on the edges
- now fold the dosa like a triangle shape
- garnish with chopped coriander leaves and some mozzarella cheese
- serve this dosa with any chutney or tomato sauce or eat as it is
- serve immediately

CHEESE DOSA WITH STEP-BY-STEP PHOTO RECIPE
take thick dosa batter (it should be thick and flowing consistency)
heat a pan/tawa, grease with a tsp of oil
pour a ladle full of batter and spread in a circular motion
add a tbsp of tomato sauce and spread evenly on dosa
add a tbsp of chopped onion, green chilli and capsicum and grated carrot
drizzle a tsp of oil and grated mozzarella cheese
cover and cook in medium flame for 1-2 minute, cheese melts and edges turn crisp
garnish with chopped coriander leaves
fold the dosa like a triangle shape
