Creamy Avocado spread onto well-toasted bread is one of my favorite breakfast recipe. It's so delicious, this is one of the simplest breakfast. Avocado 🥑 Toast calories are healthy calories! Avocados provide healthy fats to help fill you up. Whole wheat bread or multigrain bread is my favorite choice. Other than adding toppings to the toast is extra flavorful and taste delicious. We can add red chilli flakes, oregano leaves, sea salt or chopped garlic for toppings. This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to prepare a healthy American breakfast. RECIPE FOR AVOCADO TOAST

INGREDIENTS
- 2 whole wheat bread
- 1 avocado
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes - for topping (optional)
PROCEDURE
- take 2 whole wheat bread
- toast the bread in medium flame until golden and firm
- remove the pit from the avocado 🥑
- use a spoon to scoop out the flesh
- put it in a bowl and mash well until smooth
- add a pinch of salt
- mix well
- spread avocado on top of the toast
- sprinkle red chilli flakes or any other toppings you desired
- Enjoy !
AVOCADO 🥑 TOAST WITH STEP-BY-STEP PHOTO RECIPE
take 2 bread slices
heat a tawa/pan on medium flame
toast bread slices on medium flame on both the sides
toast until golden and firm
toast the other bread slice too
take 1 avocado
cut into half and remove the pit
use a spoon to scoop out the flesh
mash well until smooth
add a pinch of salt
mix well
spread avocado on top of the toast
sprinkle any topping of your choice (I preferred chili flakes)
Have Immediately. Enjoy !
