INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of brown bread (or any bread of your choice)
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp oregano crushed powder
- salt to taste
- 4 tbsp thick curd / yogurt
- 1 onion - sliced
- 1 tomato - sliced
- 1 cucumber 🥒 - sliced
PROCEDURE
- take 4 brown bread
- trim the edges of the bread
- heat butter in a pan
- toast the bread to keep the sandwich crisp
- switch off the flame
- spread 2 tbsp curd / yogurt
- in a small mixing bowl, mix red chili flakes, pepper powder, oregano powder and salt
- sprinkle on top of the yogurt
- place sliced onion, tomato and cucumber
- again sprinkle the mix
- cover with another slice of toasted bread, repeat with remaining bread
- slice and serve immediately
- tomato cucumber sandwich is ready
- serve for morning breakfast or as evening snack

take 4 brown bread
heat a tsp of butter in a pan
toast the bread until slight crisp
toasted bread
in a small mixing bowl, add red chilli flakes, pepper powder, oregano powder and salt
mix well
take 1 toasted bread
add 2 tbsp curd / yogurt
spread well
sprinkle the spice mix
place sliced onion, tomato and cucumber
sprinkle the spice mix again
place the another toasted bread on top
slice and serve (repeat with remaining bread)
serve as morning breakfast or evening snack
