- water as needed

- bring water to boil in a wide pan
- add soya chunks in to boiling water
- cook until soya chunks double in size (it takes 5 minutes)
- switch off the flame
- drain the water completely
- wash the soya chunks in cold water for 2-3 times
- take the soya chunk and squeeze out the water completely in your hands
- ready to use
- you can use the soya chunks in your recipe as whole soya chunk or cut the soya chunk or minced in gravies, biryani, cutlet and manchurian.
