Today I am here with Eggless Tutti Frutti Muffin recipe. These soft muffins are made without egg. Tutti Frutti is nothing but candied papaya, which is the star ingredient of this recipe. They can be served for breakfast or for evening snack. This recipe is easy to follow and quick to prepare too. It took around 30 minutes from start to till end. RECIPE FOR TUTTI FRUTTI MUFFIN

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup tutti frutti + 1 tbsp
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup oil (vegetable or canola)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup thick yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
PROCEDURE
- take tutti frutti in a mixing bowl
- add 1 tsp all purpose flour
- toss well and keep it aside
- take 3/4 cup all purpose flour in another mixing bowl
- add salt and baking powder
- mix well and keep it aside
- take sugar, oil, vanilla essence and water in another mixing bowl
- mix well and keep it aside
- take thick yogurt, lemon juice and baking soda
- whisk well and keep it aside
- now add tossed Tutti Frutti into all purpose flour mixture
- add yogurt mixture and sugar mixture
- combine altogether
- line up muffin liners in a baking pan
- scoop out the batter and fill the muffin liner up to 3/4th
- decorate with reserved Tutti Frutti on top of the batter
- pre-heat oven to 350 degree F
- bake for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean

EGGLESS TUTTI FRUTTI MUFFIN WITH STEP-BY-STEP PHOTO RECIPE
take tutti frutti in a bowl
add a tsp of all purpose flour
toss well and keep it aside
take 3/4 cup all purpose flour in a mixing bowl
add salt
add baking powder
mix well and keep it aside
take sugar in another mixing bowl
add oil
add vanilla essence
add water
mix well
take thick yogurt in another mixing bowl
add lemon juice or vinegar
add baking soda
whisk well
add tossed Tutti Frutti into the flour mix
add sugar mix
add yogurt mix
combine altogether
tutti frutti muffin batter is ready
line up muffin liners in a baking pan
scoop out the batter and fill the muffin liner up to 3/4th
decorate with reserved Tutti Frutti on top of the batter
preheat oven at 350 degree F
bake for 20-25 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean
tutti frutti muffin is ready
serve hot or warm. Taste delicious
