KATHRIKAI 🍆 GOTHSU | BRINJAL 🍆 GOTHSU | SIDE DISH FOR KHARA PONGAL, IDLI AND DOSA | STARTUP COOKING
Brinjal Gothsu is a traditional and delicious side dish for Ven Pongal. Pongal with Gothsu is one of the popular South Indian Breakfast. This is the recipe which I learnt from my mom. Ven Pongal with brinjal Gothsu is one of her signature dish. Most of the weekend, especially Sunday, this is our morning breakfast. This recipe is one of the perfect accompaniment for Ven Pongal, idli and dosa. This brinjal Gothsu might seem familiar and resemble like a sambar or kootu in appearance. But, this one is different in flavor and texture. This recipe is super easy to make and super flavorful with tempering of ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Follow my step-by-step photo recipe to prepare Brinjal Gothsu. If you like this recipe, share it, tweet it and pin it. Please do try and post your comments.
