MILK POWDER BURFI RECIPE |
STARTUP COOKING
Instant Milk Powder Burfi is an Indian sweet recipe made with milk powder, milk, ghee and sugar. It is an easy burfi recipe which you can quickly made at home especially on festivals like Diwali, Holi, Navratri, etc., This burfi is made without khoya, condensed milk and flour and it is completely gluten free.
This milk burfi is super delicious, easy to make and melt in your mouth dessert using just 5 ingredients in less than 30 minutes and its a no bake dessert. To make more flavorful and little crunchier, burfi is topped with some dried fruits like cashews, almonds and pistachios. I have also added some saffron to give them lovely colour.
If the burfi tastes chewy, it means the burfi is over cooked so removing the mixture at right time is the key. If the burfi doesn't set or its slightly runny, it means the mixture is not cooked properly. Serve this lip smacking dessert to your friends and family on special occasions.
