Pakora's are everyone's favorite snack in monsoon and winter season. Here is a mouth watering pakoda recipe which is incredible in taste. Corn 🌽 pakoda are a perfect tea time snack which are crunchy from outside and soft from inside. Corn Pakoda is cooked using sweet corns, rice flour, besan flour, curry leaves, green chilli and with some spices. These pakoras makes for a perfect accompaniment with Tea ☕️ or Coffee ☕️ . RECIPE FOR CORN PAKODA

INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cup sweet corn
- 1 onion - thinly sliced
- 1 spring curry leaves - chopped
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 2.5 tbsp besan flour
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 green chilli - chopped
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- salt to taste
- oil for deep frying
PROCEDURE
- to make corn pakoda, we can use fresh corn, frozen corn or corn from the cob
- if you're using frozen corn, rinse and drain well, make sure no moisture content in it
- if you using fresh corn use as it is
- if you're using corn from the cob, cook them until soft and scrape of the corn from the cob with a knife
- here am using the frozen corn
- in a large mixing bowl, add thinly sliced onion, curry leaves, rice flour, besan flour, cumin seed, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, green chilli and ginger garlic paste
- combine altogether
- in a small mixer grinder, add frozen corn and pulse them coarsely
- add into the mixing bowl
- mix well and no need to add water. If need sprinkle tbsp of water
- heat oil in a frying pan
- take small portion of the mix and drop into the hot oil
- cook in medium flame and fry till the pakora turn golden in color (stir often)
- once it turns golden color, remove from oil, drain pakoras in kitchen towel to remove excess oil
- serve hot with tomato ketchup, green chutney or eat as it is

in large mixing bowl, add thinly sliced onion and curry leaves
add rice flour, besan flour, cumin seed, green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt
combine altogether
take corn in the mixer grinder
grind them coarsely
add into the mixing bowl
mix well and no need to add water
perfect consistency to make pakoras
take a small portion of the mix and drop into the hot oil
fry them in the medium flame and cook until it turns golden color, remove from oil and drain them in the kitchen towel to remove excess oil
