Pumpkin pie is a dessert pie with a spiced, pumpkin-based sweet filling. The pumpkin is a symbol of harvest time, and pumpkin is often eaten during the fall and early winter. In the United States, it is usually prepared for Thanksgiving and Halloween party. Pumpkin pie is not my favorite recipe, but my kid loves it. It's nicely smooth and tastes incredible on my homemade graham cracker crust and served with whipped cream. Here am not shown the whipped cream. RECIPE FOR PUMPKIN PIE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Graham cracker pie 🥧 crust
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (around 15 ounce)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
PROCEDURE
- preheat oven to 350 degree F
- in a large mixing bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, eggs and condensed milk
- now add, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cloves and salt
- mix well until you get smooth consistency
- pour over graham cracker pie crust
- cool pumpkin pie completely
- serve with whipped cream and a pinch of nutmeg
