INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 banana slices for garnish
PROCEDURE
- add chopped banana in the mixing jar
- add vanilla ice cream, whole milk and cinnamon powder
- blend for 15 seconds using hand blender or until all is mixed
- serve immediately with cream and sliced banana
Note:
- For better results, freeze banana before making milkshake
- For healthy milkshake, substitute vanilla ice cream with vanilla frozen yogurt

add whole milk
