RECIPE FOR BANANA MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 banana slices for garnish
PROCEDURE
  • add chopped banana in the mixing jar
  • add vanilla ice cream, whole milk and cinnamon powder
  • blend for 15 seconds using hand blender or until all is mixed
  • serve immediately with cream and sliced banana

Note: 

  1. For better results, freeze banana before making milkshake
  2. For healthy milkshake, substitute vanilla ice cream with vanilla frozen yogurt
