INGREDIENTS
- 3 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1.5 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
PROCEDURE
- line a wax paper or parchment paper in the loaf pan
- peel and chop the banana, add them into a bowl
- mash the banana using potato masher
- add sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla extract
- mix well until the sugar dissolves
- add baking powder, baking soda, pinch of salt and whole wheat flour
- combine well (fold gently)
- add chopped walnuts
- mix well
- pour the batter in a lined loaf pan
- gently tap and shake the pan
- pre heat oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit
- place the pan in the center rack
- bake for 50 minutes
- cool down completely
- slice and serve banana walnut cake with a cup of tea or coffee.

take 3 banana
peel and chop the banana
mash well using potato masher or fork
add sugar
add vegetable oil
add vanilla extract
mix well until sugar dissolves
add baking powder
add baking soda
add pinch of salt
add whole wheat flour
combine well (fold gently)
add chopped walnuts
mix well
preheat oven at 350 degree fahrenheit

pour the batter in the loaf pan, gently tap and shake the pan
garnish with chopped walnuts
place the pan in the center rack, bake for 50 minutes
bake till the brown color on the top
cool down completely
