RECIPE FOR BANANA PANCAKE

- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 medium ripe banana - mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp oil/butter
- maple syrup or honey for topping
PROCEDURE
- mash the banana well
- beat the egg lightly
- in a mixing bowl, add mashed banana, beaten egg and vanilla extract, mix well
- mix all purpose flour and baking powder in another mixing bowl
- mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients, just combine until moistened
- pour a scoop of batter into hot tawa
- cook on medium flame
- drizzle with oil
- flip over to other side when bubble form on top
- cook on both the sides
- serve hot with maple syrup or honey or with any fruits

take 1 medium ripe banana
take 1 medium ripe banana
chop the banana
mash the banana and keep it aside
take 1 egg
beat the egg lightly
take all purpose flour in a mixing bowl
add baking powder
add baking soda
mix well
add mashed banana and beaten egg
add vanilla extract
mix well
pour a scoop of batter in hot tawa with a tsp of butter/oil
flip over to other side
serve with maple syrup or honey
