RECIPE FOR KESAR LASSI

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp warm milk
- 1/2 tsp saffron strand
- 1 cup plain yogurt | curd
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- chopped pistachio for garnish
PROCEDURE
- soak the saffron strands in warm milk and keep aside for 10 minutes
- in a measuring jar, add yogurt/curd, sugar, cardamom powder and soaked saffron strands along with milk
- whisk or blend well until frothy consistency
- transfer to a serving glass
- garnish with chopped pistachio.

take milk in a small mixing bowl
add saffron strands, mix and soak for 10 minutes
after 10 minutes, saffron milk is ready
take 1 cup yogurt/curd
add in to measuring cup, add sugar and cardamom powder
add soaked saffron strands
blend until smooth and frothy consistency
transfer into serving glass and garnish with chopped pistachio and saffron strands
