RECIPE FOR INSTANT KAMBU DOSA | PEARL MILLET DOSA

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup pearl millet flour | kambu flour | bajra flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- salt as needed
- water as needed to make batter
- 1 small size onion - finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp coriander leaves - finely chopped
- 1 small green chilli - finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin seed
- 1/4 tsp minced ginger (optional)
- sesame oil to make dosa
PROCEDURE
- in a mixing bowl, add pearl millet flour, wheat flour and salt
- mix well
- add water little by little to make thin batter
- then add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, cumin seed and ginger
- mix well
- heat a cast iron pan, pour the dosa batter and it will spread evenly
- drizzle a tsp of sesame oil around the dosa and cook on medium flame
- when one side cooked properly, flip over to other side and cook evenly
- serve with any chutney of your choice

INSTANT KAMBU DOSA STEP-BY-STEP PHOTO RECIPE
Take kambu flour
add salt
add required amount of water
whisk well (check no lumps in the batter)
kambu batter ready
add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves and ginger
add cumin seeds
mix well
heat a cast iron pan
pour the batter and it will spread evenly, cook in medium flame, drizzle a tsp of oil
flip over to other side to cook
serve with any chutney of your choice
