RECIPE FOR GULKAND MILK

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tbsp gulkand
PROCEDURE
- take a cup of milk in a sauce pan
- boil milk in a medium flame and continue to boil milk for 3-4 minutes
- transfer to serving cup
- add a tbsp of gulkand
- mix well
- serve hot
Notes: no need to add sugar, gulkand itself very sweet and if you want to add more, you can 1 tsp of sugar. Enjoy the healthy drink.
