INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup curd /plain yogurt
- 1 medium size onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 small green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- salt as needed
PROCEDURE
- In a mixing bowl, add curd /yogurt
- whisk well
- add thinly sliced onions, green chillies and coriander leaves
- finally add salt
- mix well
- serve with pulao, biryani or any other rice.
