Learn how to make Chicken 65
Chicken 65 is a spicy, deep-fried chicken dish originated from south Indian cuisine, a quick starter. This recipe can be prepared using boneless chicken marinated with some spices and is usually served with green chilli, onion, curry leaves and lemon. We can also prepare "Paneer 65" or "Gobi 65" use paneer or cauliflower instead of chicken. A quick, yummy and a famous appetizer served at parties and easily available at most of the restaurants all over India.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boneless chicken
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Kashmir red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1.5 tbsp corn flour
- 1 egg
- salt as needed
- 4 green chilli for garnish
- few curry leaves for garnish
PROCEDURE
- cut boneless chicken in to cubes
- Wash chicken under running water and drain off completely.
- In a mixing bowl, add chicken
- add ginger garlic paste, yogurt or curd, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmir red chilli powder, corn flour, salt and egg.
- mix well. Do not add water
- cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- fry the chicken in hot oil
- there should be space between the chicken
- make sure the oil is not too hot
- flip over to other side to cook, fry uniformly all around the sides
- fry till crisp and golden brown
- now chicken 65 ready 😋
- heat a seasoning pan, add a tbsp of oil
- fry curry leaves and green chilli separately
- garnish over chicken 65
- Serve as a starter. Enjoy with your family 😊
