Learn how to make quick rava toast recipe
Rava toast (sooji toast) is a perfect recipe for breakfast or snack that can be prepared quickly in a short span of time. The process of making this toast is very simple and takes no more than 15-20 minutes. Just need rava (sooji), capsicum, tomato, onion, curd, carrot and bread of your choice. Mix all the ingredients except bread to make rava-veggie mixture and then spread this mixture on bread slices and toast them until golden brown and crisp to make rava toast. RECIPE FOR INSTANT RAVA TOAST

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rava or sooji
- 1/4 cup yogurt or curd
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp tomato (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp red capsicum (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp green capsicum (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp carrot (thinly grated)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- salt as needed
- 2 tsp butter
- 4 slice white bread
- In a mixing bowl, add rava or sooji, yogurt and water
- mix well and make a thick batter
- add finely chopped green chilli, onion, tomato, red and green capsicum, finely grated carrot and coriander leaves.
- finally add salt
- combine altogether and mix well
- rest at room temperature for 15 minutes
- now, spread rava batter over bread slice
- heat a pan
- add a tsp of butter
- toast it over hot tawa
- toast on both the sides or until it turns golden and crisp
- serve hot with tomato ketchup
- enjoy with your kids 😊
