INGREDIENTS
- 2 seedless dates
- 2 cup milk boiled and cooled
- 1 cup warm water
- In a bowl, add 2 dates
- add warm water
- soak for 3-4 hours
- in a blender, add soaked dates
- add soaked water
- pulse the dates for few seconds
- now add milk
- blend for a minute
- filter through a strainer into a cup / tumbler
- discard the impurities
- serve warm to toddlers and kids
