Recipe for Ayurveda Tea

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tsp cumin seed
  • 1 tsp coriander seed
  • 1 inch ginger (thinly sliced)
  • 1 inch fresh raw turmeric (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tea bags
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
PROCEDURE
  • In a sauce pan, add 2 cup of water
  • add cumin seed, coriander seed, fresh ginger and raw turmeric
  • add 2 tea bag into the boiling water
  • mix well
  • bring water to boil
  • cook for 3-4 minutes in medium flame
  • strain through the filter and discard the herb 
  • once it attain to warm or room temperature
  • add lemon juice and honey
  • mix well
  • serve hot.
